Description
This module provides an in-depth review of salient topics in building science and design through mini-modules ranging from important energy concepts to the design of HVAC systems. It will provide learners with a better understanding of how the home works as a system, the science behind best practices, and challenges faced in residential retrofits. Where possible, will reference Canadian-specific content (i.e. standards, etc.).
