Again, it is stated at the beginning of the coursework that it is for people with relative experience, but much of the content seems directed to new users. So it can have a considerable impact on time and other resources for the end user. I'm up at 5am to do this course work just so I can get the opportunity as it relates to family and work needs. I understand that the HPSC needs baseline credibility in it's certified applicators, but I wonder if this could be a bit more streamlined.

To be quite honest this was ridiculous. To think that installers are expected to complete this course and are going to use any of it is so misguided it is frightening. It has virtually zero bearing on what they do. This is a complete waste of time and money expecting them to go through this. This is designed for small business owners who dont know how to run a business and does not have anything to do with actually carrying out insulation work. This could apply to any scope of work or industry. Is that what this was designed for? Entry level, non-comprehensive business training. Very disappointed. Once again, break this out into an "estimator wannabe" module and you can make them go through it. This is basically information for a twentysomething coming off the tools and looking to start their own little business. It is useless to the majority of the "target" audience. So bad I am not signing my name to this review as it would be embarrassing to see it beside this review.
