Description
In this module we're going to be identifying the personal characteristics and skills needed to train an effective team leader, we're going to look at how to build community relationships, and we're going to look at marketing - not only your business but also yourself. Then we're going to get into different tips and concepts around customer service and how to do that properly.

a video play speed would be nice
I would suggest that some aspects of best/preferred forms of communication (such as text vs email) can be subject to environmental or personality differences amongst different clients or businesses that a person is dealing with. Discovering a clients preferred default form of communication, when the top 2 or 3 options are unavailable, is always important.
